# Expert tips:

01 -
  • These skewers are a breeze to make, perfect for when you're short on time but want to impress.
  • The combination of flavors is irresistible, and they look stunning on any table.
02 -
  • Be cautious not to boil the balsamic too vigorously—it can easily turn bitter if reduced too much.
  • Definitely experiment with tomato varieties; the sweeter the tomato, the better your skewers!
03 -
  • Let the balsamic drizzle cool before using to prevent the skewers from getting soggy.
  • A touch of honey in the balsamic reduction can enhance sweetness for a unique kick.
