02 - 2 cups powdered sugar
03 - 3 to 4 tablespoons milk
04 - Food coloring (red, green, blue, gold, silver, as desired)

# Steps to follow:

01 - Combine powdered sugar with milk, adding milk gradually until a thick but pourable glaze forms. Divide into small bowls and tint each with desired food coloring.
02 - Dip or drizzle each mini donut with colored icing. While wet, decorate with sprinkles, edible glitter, and candies to resemble Christmas ornaments. Allow to set for 10 to 15 minutes.
03 - Wrap the cone in food-safe wrap or parchment paper to prepare for assembly.
04 - Starting from the base, attach decorated donuts to the cone using toothpicks, working upwards and overlapping slightly to cover the cone completely.
05 - Insert mini pretzel or chocolate sticks into the top of each donut to mimic ornament hooks or caps.
06 - Optionally, dust the assembled tower with additional edible glitter for a sparkling effect and serve as a festive centerpiece.
