01 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt. Pour the mixture over the air-popped popcorn, toss gently to coat, then spread onto a tray and allow to cool.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with two tablespoons maple syrup. Stir thoroughly until smooth and evenly sweetened.
03 - Spoon a layer of sweetened Greek yogurt into four clear glasses. Add a layer of mixed berries, then sprinkle a portion of maple popcorn. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
04 - Garnish the top of each parfait with extra berries and a few pieces of maple popcorn. Serve immediately for optimal crunch and freshness.
