02 - 1 small red apple, cored and thinly sliced
03 - 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
04 - 1/3 cup sliced roasted almonds

05 - 4 oz hard salami, sliced into thin strips
06 - 2 oz crumbled feta or goat cheese

07 - 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
09 - 1 teaspoon honey
10 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
