# Expert tips:

01 -
  • It's genuinely keto-friendly without tasting like you're sacrificing anything, which honestly feels like a small miracle.
  • One sheet pan means dinner and minimal cleanup, a combination that's hard to beat on nights when you're mentally exhausted.
02 -
  • Pat your salmon completely dry before adding the crust mixture, otherwise moisture will prevent that golden, crispy top from forming.
  • Don't crowd the broccoli; they need space to roast, not steam in their own moisture.
03 -
  • Have your oven fully preheated before you assemble anything; cold ovens mean uneven cooking and a less crispy crust.
  • The lemon wedges are non-negotiable; that squeeze of brightness at the end is what makes people ask for seconds.
