04 - 2–3 teaspoons beet juice (freshly juiced or bottled, unsweetened)

05 - Lemon slices, for garnish
06 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
07 - Ice cubes
# Steps to follow:
01 - In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
02 - Add the cold water and mix thoroughly.
03 - Stir in beet juice, starting with 2 teaspoons, until the lemonade reaches your desired shade of pink.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness or beet juice as needed.
05 - Add ice cubes to glasses, pour in the pink lemonade, and garnish with lemon slices and mint, if desired. Serve chilled.
