# Steps to follow:

01 - In a large shaker or mason jar, combine freeze-dried strawberries, thawed açaí purée or powder, white grape juice, and simple syrup.
02 - Muddle vigorously to dissolve the açaí and break up the strawberries slightly, releasing their natural juices.
03 - Add coconut milk and ice cubes to the shaker.
04 - Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until well-mixed and frothy.
05 - Strain the mixture into two tall glasses filled with fresh ice.
06 - Top each glass with sliced fresh strawberries and serve immediately.

# Expert tips:

01 -
  • It's ready in 10 minutes, which means no waiting or planning required when the craving hits.
  • The combination of açaí and coconut milk creates this naturally creamy texture without any dairy sneaking in.
  • You control the sweetness level, so you can make it exactly how your taste buds want it that day.
02 -
  • If you skip the muddling step and just shake everything together, you'll end up with chunks of açaí and freeze-dried strawberries floating around instead of a smooth, integrated drink.
  • Using canned coconut milk instead of the carton version will make your drink thick and almost milky-tasting, which completely changes the refreshing vibe you're going for.
03 -
  • Don't muddle too aggressively or you'll crush everything into a pulpy mess—gentle but firm pressure breaks things down perfectly.
  • The order you add ingredients matters because muddling juice with fruit works way better than muddling fruit with coconut milk, which just slides around and doesn't cooperate.
