09 - Seeds from 1 small pomegranate
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
11 - 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

12 - Assorted crackers or gluten-free crackers

# Steps to follow:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, black pepper, and orange zest until smooth and homogenous.
02 - Place a large piece of plastic wrap on the work surface. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the center and shape it into a cone or triangular form resembling a Christmas tree using the plastic wrap.
03 - Move the shaped cheese tree onto a serving platter and smooth the surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
04 - Press chopped cranberries, pistachios, and pomegranate seeds evenly onto the cheese surface, allowing some areas to remain uncovered for visual contrast.
05 - Sprinkle chopped rosemary and parsley over the assembled tree to enhance its festive green appearance.
06 - Decorate with extra rosemary sprigs to mimic pine needles and finish with a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
07 - Place assorted crackers and vegetable crudités around the base of the cheese tree for serving.
