- In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, black pepper, and orange zest until smooth and homogenous.
- Place a large piece of plastic wrap on the work surface. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the center and shape it into a cone or triangular form resembling a Christmas tree using the plastic wrap.
- Move the shaped cheese tree onto a serving platter and smooth the surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Press chopped cranberries, pistachios, and pomegranate seeds evenly onto the cheese surface, allowing some areas to remain uncovered for visual contrast.
- Sprinkle chopped rosemary and parsley over the assembled tree to enhance its festive green appearance.
- Decorate with extra rosemary sprigs to mimic pine needles and finish with a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
- Place assorted crackers and vegetable crudités around the base of the cheese tree for serving.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving or serve immediately if preferred.
