# What you need:
→ Smoothie Base
01 - 1 frozen banana
02 - 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
03 - 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
04 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
05 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
06 - 1 tablespoon plant-based vanilla protein powder (optional)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina (optional)
→ Toppings
09 - 1/4 cup kiwi, sliced
10 - 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
11 - 1/4 cup dragon fruit, cubed or balled
12 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
13 - 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
14 - Edible flowers (optional)
# Steps to follow:
01 - Combine frozen banana, pineapple, mango, almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder if using, and spirulina in a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and thick, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Add a splash more liquid if consistency is too thick.
02 - Pour the blended smoothie base into two serving bowls, smoothing the tops with the back of a spoon to create an even surface.
03 - Artfully arrange kiwi slices, blueberries, dragon fruit, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, and edible flowers on top in a whimsical pattern. Distribute toppings evenly between both bowls.
04 - Serve immediately with spoons while the smoothie base is thick and cold. Enjoy the vibrant, ocean-inspired creation.
