05 - 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
06 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
07 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
08 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

10 - 24 square wonton wrappers
11 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
12 - Cooking spray or oil, for baking

# Steps to follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until creamy and well combined.
03 - Arrange wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture along one edge of each wrapper, shaping into a thin log.
04 - Roll each wrapper tightly into a pinwheel shape. Seal edges by brushing with beaten egg.
05 - Place pinwheels seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush or spray tops with cooking spray or oil.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 16 to 18 minutes until golden and crisp.
07 - Allow pinwheels to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, serve with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
