# Steps to follow:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8-inch square cake pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly between additions.
03 - Blend in the pure vanilla extract until incorporated.
04 - Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a separate bowl.
05 - Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients in two stages, alternating with whole milk. Stir until just combined for a tender crumb.
06 - Carefully fold in rainbow sprinkles, taking care not to overmix.
07 - Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
08 - Once fully cooled, crumble the cake in a large bowl until no large pieces remain.
09 - In a small bowl, thoroughly mix cream cheese with ground cayenne pepper and cinnamon until smooth.
10 - Add spicy cream cheese mixture to crumbled cake. Mix by hand until a cohesive dough forms that holds when pressed.
11 - Portion about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough per cake pop, rolling into balls. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
12 - Insert cake pop sticks halfway into the center of each ball. Freeze for a minimum of 45 minutes to firm.
13 - Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until silky and smooth.
14 - Dip each chilled cake pop into melted white chocolate, gently tapping to remove excess. Immediately garnish with crushed mini pretzels and additional rainbow sprinkles.
15 - Stand coated cake pops upright in a styrofoam block or cup to set completely before serving.
