# Steps to follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
03 - Transfer drained pasta to a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, chili flakes if desired, sea salt, ground black pepper, and Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast. Toss until pasta is evenly coated.
04 - Spread seasoned pasta in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, tossing halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
