06 - 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
# Steps to follow:
01 - Arrange flour tortillas on a clean cutting board.
02 - Distribute 1 ounce (approximately 2 tablespoons) of softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla using a spreading knife.
03 - Position a slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh dill and finely diced red onion over the cheese and drizzle with yellow mustard.
05 - Set one whole dill pickle along the edge of each tortilla.
06 - Firmly roll each tortilla around the pickle, making sure the filling remains enclosed.
