# What you need:

→ Probiotic Base

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

→ Flavoring

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes, to serve

# Steps to follow:

01 - In a sanitized glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water, then add either water kefir grains or ginger bug along with fresh lemon juice. Gently stir using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Secure the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter fastened by a rubber band. Allow to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours, until the mixture becomes lightly carbonated and has a tangy aroma.
03 - Remove kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Reserve or discard according to preference.
04 - In a pitcher, mix the fermented soda base with fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir delicately to blend the flavors.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the soda mixture over the ice, garnish each serving with an orange slice and additional mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately to preserve the effervescence.
