# Steps to follow:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Boil ramen noodles for 2 minutes less than package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger for 3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
- Add ground pork to skillet and cook until browned and crumbled.
- Stir in gochujang, red pepper flakes, crushed tomatoes, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange one pack of ramen noodles as the first layer. Top with a third of the ricotta mixture and a third of the meat sauce. Repeat layers twice more, finishing with the remaining meat sauce.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and remaining parmesan evenly over the top.
- Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese bubbles and turns golden.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Finish with green onion garnish as desired.
