# What you need:
→ Bread
01 - 4 slices sourdough or rustic country bread
→ Cheese & Filling
02 - 1 ball burrata cheese (about 4 oz), drained and torn into pieces

05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
06 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# Steps to follow:
01 - Lightly butter one side of each bread slice; these will form the outsides of the sandwiches.
02 - On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, layer torn burrata pieces, tomato slices, and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.
04 - Warm the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
05 - Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
06 - Remove from heat, let rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve immediately.
