The one-pot method keeps preparation simple and flavors rich, blending sautéed onions, garlic, and bell peppers with creamy dairy and a hint of heat from smoked paprika and cayenne. Parmesan cheese melts through to add depth, while optional spinach adds a fresh contrast. Ideal for a quick, satisfying dinner that balances bold flavors and creamy textures.
