Ingredients

- Meats (optional omit for vegetarian): 80 g sliced salami, 80 g prosciutto
- Crackers & Bread: 1 cup assorted crackers, 1 small baguette sliced
- Fruits: 1 cup red grapes, 1 apple sliced, 1/2 cup dried apricots
- Vegetables: 1 cup baby carrots, 1 cup cucumber rounds, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- Nuts & Extras: 1/3 cup roasted almonds, 1/4 cup olives, 1/4 cup hummus, 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Arrange all cheeses and meats (if using) evenly on a large portable board or platter.
- Step 2:
- Fill spaces with crackers, baguette slices, and fresh fruits.
- Step 3:
- Add vegetables, grouping by type for visual appeal.
- Step 4:
- Scatter nuts and olives around the board.
- Step 5:
- Place hummus and honey in small containers or ramekins and add to the board.
- Step 6:
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap or secure in a picnic-safe container until ready to serve.
